Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your home organization products. Please review our policy below.

1. Return & Exchange Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for items in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, parts, hardware, and instructions intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items & Conditions
The following items and situations are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Storage Boxes that have been assembled, used for storage, or show any signs of wear.

  • Hangers that have been removed from their packaging, used, or show any signs of wear (scratches, stretched).

  • Shoe Racks that have been assembled, used, or show any signs of wear.

  • Items with missing parts, damaged packaging, or signs of use.

  • Any product marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "As-Is."

3. Return Process for Eligible Unused Items

  • To Initiate: Contact our customer service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts, hardware, and accessories included.

    • Storage boxes must be collapsed (if collapsible) and in original box.

    • Hangers must be in their original bundles or boxes.

    • Shoe racks must be unassembled and in original boxes with all hardware.

  • Shipping & Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For shoe racks and larger storage boxes, these costs can be significant. We recommend a trackable, insured service. We are not liable for lost returns.

  • Refund: Upon receipt and verification of the unused item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of large items (shoe racks, multi-pack storage boxes) to cover processing and inspection.

4. Exchanges
To exchange an unused item for a different color, size, or style, please follow the return process above. Once your return is processed, place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective straight out of its packaging, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement, part shipment, or refund as appropriate.

6. Missing Parts or Hardware
If your shoe rack or storage box arrives missing assembly hardware, instructions, or parts, contact us within 7 days. We will ship the missing parts free of charge.
