Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed the next business day. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States. We partner with reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Larger items (shoe racks, multi-pack storage boxes) may ship via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.
3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Costs: Calculated in real-time at checkout. Free standard shipping is offered on qualifying orders.

Times: Estimated delivery windows are provided in the FAQ section. These are carrier estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses.
4. Packaging
We pack items securely:

Storage Boxes: Collapsible boxes folded flat; rigid boxes in protective packaging.

Hangers: Bundled together or boxed to prevent bending.

Shoe Racks: Flat-pack boxes with protective padding for hardware and parts.
5. Delivery & Issues

Tracking: A tracking number and link will be provided via email once your order ships.

Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

Inspection: Inspect the external shipping box for damage upon delivery. For shoe racks, check for bent corners or crushing.

Failed Delivery/Missing Packages: If a package is marked "delivered" but not received, please check with neighbors and your local post office/carrier hub first. Then, contact us for assistance.
